  • January Minutes & February Agenda Review

  • Chairperson Report

    • Amendment to Bylaws

      • Amend Board of Directors from (3) seats to (5) seats to include Market Coordinator and Market Communications seats; approved

      • Article XI - Gift Acceptance & Political Non-Intervention; approved

    • Formal Acknowledgement Letter- Donations received from political campaigns; approved

  • Treasurer Report

  • 2026 Market Updates

    • Winter market is ready, vendor team is fully managing operations with support of the board as needed

  • Q1 / Q2 Programming Status

    • Cooking classes in February and March are set up and ready; February class is nearly full, March class registrations will open March 1.

    • Spring break kids programming

      • 3/25 free activity & movie, begin planning/budgeting

      • Free kids photo shoot - evaluate timing, begin planning

  • Q2 Fundraising

    • 5/30/26 UTV Ride

    • Paint night fundraiser + paired free event - late April/early May

  • Community Garden planning

    • Donated seeds received

    • Prep schedule/contacts to be finalized at March board meeting

    • Capacity evaluation review at March board meeting
