Becoming a Nonprofit Organization

On September 2, 2025 the Bona Dea Project Inc was officially recognized by the State of Wisconsin DFI as a nonprofit organization! We immediately registered an EIN with the IRS, applied for 501(c)(3) status, and held our first Board of Directors meeting.

Director positions were appointed, bylaws were drafted and adopted, and plans for the future started taking shape.

Meeting minutes will continue to be made available to the public following each Board of Directors meeting, outlining that meeting’s topics of discussion.
